Major Duties: |
(a) |
To provide technical assistance in enriching language curricula, assessments, workshops, and training with AI and digital tools; |
(b) |
To assist in designing and developing websites for teaching and learning packages; |
(c) |
To assist in integrating multimedia elements, interactive features, and learning tools into the website and multimedia content; |
(d) |
To assist in creating and editing educational videos and animations, including post-production work to improve visual and audio quality; |
(e) |
To assist in venue and equipment setting for online activities and on-site events; and |
(f) |
To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software licenses and consumables. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia, Computer Science or IT-related disciplines; plus at least 2 years’ relevant work experience; |
(b) |
Candidate(s) with experience / knowledge / skills in any of the following areas would be an advantage: |

(i) |
Familiarity with AI and digital tools used in language education; |
|
(ii) |
Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Moodle learning platform; |
|
(iii) |
Experience with video editing software, animation tools, and multimedia production technologies; |
(c) |
Good knowledge of operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and networking; |
(d) |
Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and |
(e) |
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
(2) |
The work location will be in IVE(Haking Wong). |
(3) |
The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / or outside office. |
