Major Duties: |
(a) |
To supervise and manage students' industry collaboration projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in alignment with partners' needs in the following subject areas: |

Information Technology (AI, IoT, VR/AR, Mobile App Development) |
|
- |
Engineering (Electronics, Information/Computer Engineering) |
|
- |
Marketing and Publicity (Assist in designing and producing brand books, promotional materials, and digital content for marketing campaigns and events) |
|
- |
Design (UI/UX, User-centric Graphic Design, Product Design) |
(b) |
To oversee project progress, track milestones, mitigate risks, provide regular updates and reports. Advise onstudents' work, provide constructive feedback, and offer guidance to ensure quality project outcomes; |
(c) |
To assist with project-related student and academic administration, ensuring efficient coordination and communication; |
(d) |
To develop programme curriculum, assessment materials; and |
(e) |
To support and participate in project-based initiatives, and undertake administrative and service-related activities, where necessary. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree, or equivalent, either in Business Administration, Design, Engineering, Hospitality, Information Technology, Science or related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional and post-graduate qualifications; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant project management, industry collaboration, or operational experience (teaching experience would be an advantage); |
(c) |
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; |
(d) |
Strong problem-solving and time management skills; and |
(e) |
Ability to work independently and in teams. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
