Major Duties: |
(a) |
To conduct lectures and perform other teaching-related activities or duties, such as preparing teaching materials, setting assignments and examination papers, and marking both assignments and examination scripts for the programmes; |
(b) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
(c) |
To attend coordination meetings when necessary; and |
(d) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in Surveying (QS or BS) / Construction Management or equivalent professional qualification in construction, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
(c) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
(d) |
Proven records of linkage with industry / professional bodies (e.g. members of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers, etc) would be an advantage. |
