Major Duties:
(a)	To conduct lectures and perform other teaching-related activities or duties, such as preparing teaching materials, setting assignments and examination papers, and marking both assignments and examination scripts for the programmes;
(b)	To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement;
(c)	To attend coordination meetings when necessary; and
(d)	To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration.

Requirements:
(a)	A recognised degree in Surveying (QS or BS) / Construction Management or equivalent professional qualification in construction, preferably with a post-graduate qualification;
(b)	At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience;
(c)	Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and
(d)	Proven records of linkage with industry / professional bodies (e.g. members of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers, etc) would be an advantage.

Notes:
(1)	Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment.
(2)	The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours.
