IVE Engineering has organised a number of high-quality professional development programmes for engineering practitioners in the areas of Construction, Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical and Building Services and Transportation Engineering. In order to meet the increase in demand of our services, we are looking for high caliber professionals with relevant work experiences to provide part-time teaching. |

Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To conduct lectures, workshops, practical training and perform other teaching related activities or duties, including preparing teaching materials, setting assignments and examination papers, and marking both assignments and examination scripts for the programmes in the above subject areas (teaching materials and lectures will be in either Chinese or English); |
|
(b) |
To assist in maintaining the standard and quality of the training course; and |
|
(c) |
To attend coordination meetings when necessary. |

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A relevant recognised higher diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent; |
|
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
|
(c) |
A holder of a valid Remote Pilot Certificate with Advanced Rating issued by the Civil Aviation Department; |
|
(d) |
At least one year of SUA operations-related experience in a supervisory / remote pilot / instructional / assessor role is preferred; |
|
(e) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
|
(f) |
Ability to pass a trade test. |

Notes: |

(1) |
Candidates without the required academic qualifications stated in (a) above but possessing 8 years’ relevant work or teaching experience may also apply. Where applicable, these candidates may be required to have a Qualifications Framework (QF) Level 3 qualification. |

(2) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
