Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform administrative duties in respect of one or more of the following areas: |

(i) |
Student and course related administration; |
|
(ii) |
General administration and facilities management; |
|
(iii) |
Finance, supplies and procurement matters; |
|
(iv) |
Human resources management; |
|
(v) |
Campus and publicity events; |
(b) |
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit; |
(c) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings; |
(d) |
To assist in coordinating projects and events or duties relevant to the operational unit as required; and |
(e) |
To help implement the quality policy of the operational unit. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree, or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least two years’ relevant working experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations; |
(c) |
Good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills; |
(d) |
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua; and |
(e) |
Ability to work independently and under pressure. |

Notes: |
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
(2) |
Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend a written assessment in both English and Chinese. |
(3) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |
(4) |
Immediate availability is preferred. |
