Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform human resources management and general administrative duties; |
(b) |
To handle appointment-related matters and provide administrative support to recruitment exercise; |
(c) |
To prepare reports and data analysis; |
(d) |
To arrange training workshop and briefing seminars to internal stakeholders; |
(e) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings; and |
(f) |
To help implement the quality policy of the operational unit. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least two years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations; |
(c) |
Preference will be given to candidates with good understanding in human resources management information system and good IT skills; |
(d) |
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; |
(e) |
Good problem solving and time management skills; and |
(f) |
Self-initiated and be a good team player. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
