Pharmacy |

Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
(c) |
To develop course curriculum and teaching materials; |
(d)
|
To participate in departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions; and |
(e)
|
To participate in networking with industry and sourcing industrial attachments, organising seminars and talks for students and soliciting student scholarships. |
|
|
Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised relevant degree, or equivalent professional qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ full time relevant teaching / industry experience; |
(c) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; |
(d) |
Applicants should possess the qualification as a registered pharmacist; and |
(e) |
Solid experience in community / hospital pharmacy is preferable. |

Candidates with less than 3 years' relevant teaching / industry experience would be considered for the post of “Assistant Lecturer” which is in the rank of Teaching Associate. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written assessment. |
(3) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus. |
