Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To provide support and maintenance service for teaching and learning related equipment in classrooms; |
|
(b) |
To install, setup, operate and maintain audio / visual and PC equipment; |
|
(c) |
To create and maintain websites for campus events; |
|
(d) |
To support campus activities in photography, video shooting, audio recording and editing; |
|
(e) |
To maintain equipment inventory and consumables; and |
|
(f) |
To assist other media production works in the section. |
|

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia or relevant disciplines; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 years' relevant work experience; |
|
(c) |
Good photographic and audio / video shooting and editing skills; |
|
(d) |
Good knowledge in audio visual equipment and PC hardware; |
|
(e) |
Good communication and interpersonal skills; |
|
(f) |
Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and |
|
(g) |
Candidate with experience in one or more of the following area(s) will have an advantage: |
|
|
(i) |
Media production using Adobe CC software such as Photoshop, llustrator, Premiere, etc; and |
|
|
(ii) |
Audio / video / PC equipment operation and troubleshooting, such as projectors, digital signage systems, PA systems. |

Notes: |
|
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic/professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic/professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
|
(2) |
The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and/or at different work locations on a need basis. |
