Major Duties: |
(a) |
To supervise the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of computer, server and network equipment in campus; |
(b) |
To plan, develop and manage the networks and IT application systems; |
(c) |
To administrate IT systems and services on Windows / macOS / Virtualisation platforms; |
(d) |
To execute troubleshooting and management of all computer / network equipment, hardware and software; |
(e) |
To liaise with various operational units and contractors on IT services projects and to enforce the IT policies and guidelines; and |
(f) |
To assist in training, deployment and supervision of technicians. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in IT or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in the development / maintenance of IT applications, services and networks; OR |
(b) |
A recognised higher diploma in IT or equivalent with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience in the development / maintenance of IT applications, services and networks; |
(c) |
Hands-on experience in system administration of Microsoft Windows / VMWare / Virtualisation Server platform and network administration of Cisco network equipment; |
(d) |
A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; |
(e) |
Good supervisory, communication, interpersonal and administrative skills; and |
(f) |
Self-initiative and be a good team player. |
