    Term Officer
    Human Resources Division
    Ref. no : O/HRD/Term_OFF/11/23
    Major Duties:
    (a) To perform human resources management and general administrative duties;
    (b) To handle appointment-related matters and provide administrative support to recruitment exercise;
    (c) To prepare reports and data analysis;
    (d) To arrange training workshop and briefing seminars to internal stakeholders;
    (e) To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings; and
    (f) To help implement the quality policy of the operational unit.
    (a) A recognised degree or equivalent;
    (b) At least two years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations;
    (c) Preference will be given to candidates with good understanding in human resources management information system and good IT skills;
    (d) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
    (e) Good problem solving and time management skills; and
    (f) Self-initiative and be a good team player.
    (1) Shortlisted applicants will be required to take a written assessment in both English and Chinese.
    (2) Applicants who have responded to the advertisement in the last three months need not re-apply.

    (2) The file should be saved with the applicant’s name as “your surname and given name”, e.g. “CHAN Tai-man.pdf”.
    (3) For the email subject, please cite “Application for Term Officer(O/HRD/Term_OFF/11/23)”.
    (4) Original and copy of other supporting documents are to be provided at a later stage upon request.
