The VTC is committed to high standards of corporate
governance and firmly believes that effective corporate
practices are essential to the sustainable growth of any
organisation.
Our corporate structure is well-defined and has clear lines of
accountability and responsibility. Authority is delegated within
clearly defined parameters ensuring efficiency in achieving
our mission. The VTC’s management and committees
operate at three levels:

其權責範圍內各司其職。局內的管理和委員會架構

日常管理:由執行幹事在高層議會和多個委員
會輔助下負責;以及
(c)
學務諮詢與管理:由專業教育培訓顧問委員
會、專業教育培訓學務委員會和各屬會負責。

名委員組成,包括
政府高級官員,以及來自工商、服務、勞工和教育
界別的非政府人士。理事會成員由香港特別行政區
行政長官委任,
VTC
執行幹事亦為理事會的當然
委員。
Corporate
Governance
(a)
Macro-level management: the
responsibility of the Council, together
with its committees and boards;
(b)
Day-to-day management: the
responsibility of the Executive Director,
supported by the Caucus and various
committees; and
(c)
Academic advisory and management:
the respective responsibilities of the
Vocational Education and Training (VET)
Advisory Committee and VET Academic
Board, with its committees and boards.
The Council is the highest authority in the VTC and is
composed of 22 members, including senior Government
officials and non-governmental representatives from the
industrial, commercial, service, labour and educational
sectors. The appointment of all members is determined
by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR with the exception
of the Executive Director, who sits on the Council as an
ex-officio member.
