主席
序言
At a time when Hong Kong is experiencing
significant social and economic change, and
seeking new roles in a rapidly-changing regional
and global environment, the need for a strong
framework of vocational and professional
education and training (VPET) has never
been greater. I am proud that the Vocational
Training Council (VTC) has made good progress
in achieving its goals during 2015/16, as
illustrated in this Annual Report.
香港正經歷影響深遠的社會及經濟轉
變，並積極在現今瞬息萬變的區域及全
球環境中，尋索新的定位。在這個大環
境下，一套完善的職業專才教育制度
尤為重要。職業訓練局（
VTC
）於過去一
年，在各項目標上闊步邁進，我很高
興可以透過這份年報分享攜手努力的
成果。
