stage through partnering with
renowned international institutes to
organise signature events and
participating in global competitions.
These included “German Design
Standards – From Bauhaus to
Globalisation” Exhibition held by HKDI
and IVE (Lee Wai Lee) in collaboration
with the red dot Design Museum and
Die Neue Sammlung (The International
Design Museum Munich), and student
participation in World Solar Challenge
and the WorldSkills Competition.

Government funding was secured for
the development of the International
Culinary Institute to produce quality
manpower in the culinary arts,
hospitality and wine business. An
iconic new campus will be located
adjacent to CCTI and Hospitality

culinary talents.
