32 初級全能海員證書 Certificate for Junior General Purpose Ratings 本課程旨在滿足航海業的人力需求，為業界 提供一些已獲初級全能海員培訓的生力軍。 此外，可讓有志選擇其他途徑去發展個人事 業的年青人提供更多選擇機會。 此課程根據國際海事組織培訓值班及發證 標準而制定，並已獲香港海事處核准為合資 格的海員訓練課程，畢業生可投身為海員或 海事相關行業的從業員。 This course aims at meeting the manpower needs of the maritime industry by providing new force of properly trained junior general purpose ratings. It also provides opportunities for youngsters who are looking for other alternatives for their career advancement. In addition, the course is developed according to the requirements of the International Convention on standard of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) and has been duly approved by the Hong Kong Marine Department as a Qualified Seafarers Training Course. Graduates can serve as seafarers or pursue careers related to maritime industries.
