To set priorities for significant digitalisation projects and ensure their alignment with the overall transformation objectives. To drive continuous development of central policies and guidelines with a view to facilitating digital transformation journey. To monitor the deployment of manpower and financial resources for effective project implementation. To oversee the implementation of major digitalisation projects, providing guidance and direction as necessary. To provide regular progress reports to the Council regarding the advancement of the digital transformation journey.
