Head's Message

A lot of people want to go to university. It is the traditional path of continuing learning beyond schooling. But universities aren't for everyone.

Many educators agree that not all young people are suited to the pursuit of intellectual endeavors at universities. Some might achieve greater success by continuing their learning at an alternative route - vocational education and training.

The vocational courses we offer emphasize practical business training. Students will be exposed to a high level of hand-on practice in systems designed to reflect current business practices in particular jobs or professions.

To meet the changing needs of industry and commerce, we continually review our courses and update our curricula. We always update our facilities and equipment aiming to provide our students with a better learning environment to enhance their learning outcomes. The Centre for Innovative Learning was set up in September 2002 aiming to provide more space for student interaction and different settings to accommodate various learning activities.

In the era of information technology, we also employ WebCT in assisting and supporting students learning. Students can access e-learning materials, download tailor-made teaching and learning packages, check timetable and communicate with their fellow-classmates and lecturers.

I hope that the information in this Website will help you fix up an educational plan that suits your personal interest, development and career aspirations.
