Wofoo Foundation Dr Joseph Lee Whole Person Development Education Centre (WPDEC) located at Tai Lam Chung aims to provide support for Structured Whole Person Development Programme. WPDEC provides various adventure-based and experiential training to unleash participants' potentials; to enhance communication skills, team spirit, self-confidence, problem-solving abilities and to nourish positive attitudes and values.

Various types of high and low adventure-based training facilities are established in WPDEC for the provision of customized training for VTC students, educational and private sectors. Training activities range from complex challenge courses on an adventure ship, maritime-themed submarine leakage and tunnel rescue exercise, rock climbing, abseiling and rope access, to mountaineering and canoeing.
