IVElite is a Student Peer Mentoring Programme that aims to help students become self-regulated learners. With the support and experience shared by the mentors, along with various training sessions on teamwork and leadership, students would quickly adjust to the new learning environment and develop effective learning strategies.

The Programme provides different platforms to strengthen students’ communication skills, enable them to become confident, presentable and effective communicators and collaborators.
Wofoo Leaders' Network aims to enables our students to participate in various developmental programmes according to their interests and needs. These developmental programmes allow our students to volunteer to serve the needy, develop leadership and social skills, and challenge one's limit. Through organising diverse activities and exchange tours, we enhance students' social awareness, cultivate positive attitudes, and empower them to become responsible citizens and leaders who collectively build a harmonious society. Wofoo Leaders' Network members gain valuable opportunities to interact with various professionals and students from other institutions. These experiences broaden their perspectives, strengthen leadership competencies, and establish a solid foundation for future career development.
There are ten Chapters in IVE, HKDI, HKIIT and International Culinary Institute, and a Chapter in YC.
The Vocational Training Council (VTC) is committed to promoting whole person development for young people. The VTC Symphony Orchestra and VTC Chorus were established in 2005 and 2009 respectively, serving as a unique cultural platform for VTC students, alumni and staff to unleash their musical talents.
Since 2006, world-renowned conductor Dr Henry Shek has been invited as the Artistic Director and Conductor of the Orchestra. Under the baton of Dr Shek, the Orchestra and Chorus has won favourable reviews for its performances. In addition to giving performances in the Beijing National Centre for the Performing Arts and the Shanghai Concert Hall, the Orchestra also joined hands with international artists such as pianist Mr Choi Sown-le and Finnish soprano Ms Jutta Holmberg to give fantastic performances to the audience.
Having earned the reputation as the “Music Ambassador of the VTC”, the Orchestra and Chorus frequently perform in major VTC events, and hold annual concerts presenting a wide-ranging repertoire. In 2017, the Chorus won the Silver Award in Folklore category of the 2018 “Belt & Road” World Choir Festival Competition. In 2022, the Orchestra and Chorus staged a momentous VTC 40th Anniversary Concert, captivating the audience with their awe-inspiring performance and receiving resounding applause.

VTC Symphony Orchestra and VTC Chorus invite VTC students, alumni and staff who are passionate about music to be part of the music family! In addition to honing skills, members will have the opportunity to participate and perform in local and overseas cultural exchange activities.
Upcoming activities include VTC Annual Concerts, music camps and performance at VTC corporate events.
