The Billion Plaza Centre has both well-equipped classrooms and function rooms accommodating the needs of programmes at different levels. Apart from class, students can enjoy special facilities such as the CHILL Zone (An Open Learning Zone integrated with the Centre for Independent Language Learning) , the multi-purpose Student Common Room, and the Student Computer Room. They can also enjoy other facilities at the IVE(Haking Wong) main campus, e.g. Learning Resources Centre, Centre for Independent Language Learning, Canteen, and venues for various kinds of sports.
