Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To assist in the overall coordination and further development of Individual Education Plan (IEP) based on the behavioral guidance approaches; |
|
(b) |
To assist the Shine Skills Centre in implementing the quality assurance policy for the IEP; |
|
(c) |
To work closely with contract-out educational psychology service, assist in the development of the research and behavioral guidance booklet for enhancing the classroom management techniques and facilitating the student’s learning; |
|
(d) |
To undertake secretarial work in various committees, boards and meetings; and |
|
(e) |
To assist in coordinating projects and events, and the publicity matters of the centre. |

Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations; |
|
(c) |
Good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills; |
|
(d) |
Good problem solving, time management and team building skills; |
|
(e) |
Self-initiative, willingness to meet challenges and the ability to work independently; and |
|
(f) |
Good proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua. |

Notes: |
|
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
|
(2) |
Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
|
(3) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours. |
|
(4) |
In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process. |
