Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform duties on one or more of the following areas: |
|
|
(i) |
project administration and coordination; |
|
|
|
(ii) |
planning and organising events; |
|
|
|
(iii) |
marketing and promotion; |
|
|
|
(iv) |
organising training workshops and briefing seminars; |
|
|
|
(v) |
general administration and human resources management; and |
|
|
|
(vi) |
finance and supplies matters. |
|
|
(b) |
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical / supporting staff to ensure the smooth operation and administration of the operational unit; |
|
(c) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings; and |
|
(d) |
To implement the quality policy of the operational unit. |
|
|

|
|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree, or equivalent; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations; |
|
(c) |
Experience in supporting projects and promotional activities is preferred; |
|
(d) |
Self-initiated, willing to meet challenges and able to work independently; |
|
(e) |
Good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills; |
|
(f) |
Good problem solving and time management skills, and be a good team player with high adaptability to changes and capability of meeting tight deadlines; and |
|
(g) |
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua. |

Notes: |
|
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
|
(2) |
Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
|
(3) |
The work location is in Chai Wan. |
|
(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours. |
