Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services. |

Major Duties: |
(a) |
To market and promote PEAK’s products and services, including training services, e-learning solutions and consultancy services; |
(b) |
To generate new business opportunities and to grow PEAK’s customer base in Hong Kong, Macau and in the Mainland; |
(c) |
To achieve annual financial income targets and business results as assigned; |
(d) |
To contribute to the development, implementation and management of new products and services, including e-learning solutions, in-service training projects and consultancy projects; |
(e) |
To develop programme curriculum, and teaching, learning and assessment materials; |
(f) |
To provide support for matters relating to accreditation / re-accreditation of PEAK’s programmes; and implement VTC quality assurance policies; |
(g) |
To carry out duties in relation to trainee and academic administration; |
(h) |
To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions; and |
(i) |
To take up ad hoc projects and provide support in major events held by PEAK. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ work experience in business development, project management and solution selling in sizable organisations or tertiary institutions; |
(c) |
Solid experience in preparing professional proposals for project pitching and bidding, training programme design and/or course content development; |
(d) |
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and responsibility in achieving sales and business targets; |
(e) |
Strong business network of corporate clients and training professionals; |
(f) |
Conscientious, result-driven and service-oriented, with strong prospecting, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills; and |
(g) |
High proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese). |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and multiple locations within and outside Hong Kong. |
