Shine Skills Centre is a member of the VTC Group. In a caring environment, the Centre provides a wide range of industry-specific skill training and support services for people with disabilities aged 15 or above to enhance their employability and support their integration into the society. |

Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties, including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching materials; |
(d) |
To organise student activities and assist in extra-curricular activities; and |
(e) |
To support other functions and projects, relevant boards and committees or task teams. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in the discipline of Multimedia Design or equivalent, preferably with post-graduate qualifications; |
(b) |
Good presentation, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; |
(c) |
A good team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure; |
(d) |
Preferably with relevant teaching and / or industry experience; and |
(e) |
Preferably with knowledge and experience in working with students with special educational needs. |

The post is at the rank of “Teaching Associate”. |
(2) |
Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment in English and Chinese. |
(3) |
Appointees may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / or in designated places as assigned. |
(4) |
In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process. |
