Major Duties: |
(a) |
To provide support for fashion related projects, functions and events; |
(b) |
To provide support on database management; |
(c) |
To assist in sponsorship invitations for the projects, functions and events; |
(d) |
To assist in the coordination of student projects; |
(e) |
To assist in general administration and financial and supply matters, including procurement, budgeting and sponsorship arrangement; |
(f) |
To assist in proposals and reports preparation for the event; and |
(g) |
To provide academic support to programme development, learning support to student projects, and to perform teaching duties where necessary. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A relevant recognised degree in Design or related discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
Preferably with relevant experience in Fashion Design, Fashion Media and/or Event Planning and Management; |
(c) |
Good teaching, administrative, interpersonal and team building skills; |
(d) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and |
(e) |
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator. |

The post is at the rank of “Teaching Associate”. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidate will be required to take a written assessment. |
(4) |
Appointees may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and/or at different work locations on a need basis. |
(5) |
