Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform administrative duties in one or more of the following areas: |
|
(i) |
General administration and office management; |
|
(ii) |
Financial and supplies matters; |
|
(iii) |
Marketing and publicity activities; |
|
(iv) |
Planning and organising events; and |
|
(v) |
Human resources management; |
(b) |
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit; |
(c) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings; |
(d) |
To help implement the quality policy of the operational unit; and |
(e) |
To assist in coordinating projects and events, and the publicity matters of the operational unit. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent qualification; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in supervisory capacity in educational institutions or public sector; |
(c) |
Good presentation, facilitation, coaching and problem-solving skills; |
(d) |
Good comment of both spoken and written English and Chinese; |
(e) |
Strong initiative, mature, confident and a good team player with the ability to work independently under pressure; and |
(f) |
Good knowledge and skills in multi-media application are an advantage. |

Notes: |
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
(3) |
The work location is in Kowloon Bay. |
(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties in different locations and / or outside normal office hours. |
