    Term Assistant Marketing Executive
    Hong Kong Design Institute and Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Lee Wai Lee)

    Major Duties:
    (a) To assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and/or academic and industrial collaboration events;
    (b) To assist in developing and coordinating social media content, advertisement and preparing other necessary materials;
    (c) To assist in handling guided campus tours and community outreach activities;
    (d) To conduct market research studies independently; and
    (e) To provide  marketing administration support such as simple correspondence, handling enquiries, procurement, stock taking & inventory administration.
       
     
    Requirements:
    (a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
      (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
      (iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Jin; OR
      (iv) A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
      (v) A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
    * Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
    ^ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.
    (b) Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing, Canva, video and photo editing;
    (c) Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
    (d) Knowledge of digital marketing would be an advantage; and
    (e) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
     
    Notes:
    (1) The post is at the rank of Executive Assistant II.
    (2) The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours or shifts and perform duties on Saturdays or Sundays as necessary.
