Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties, and assist in supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
|
(b) |
To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
|
(c) |
To assist in updating and developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; |
|
(d) |
To act as Module Co-ordinator of Structured Whole Person Development (SWPD) Programme; |
|
(e) |
To plan, design, organise and evaluate student developmental programmes; and |
|
(f) |
To participate in departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. |

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in Social Science, Social Work, Liberal Studies, Psychology or relevant discipline, or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
|
(c) |
A good team player with the ability to work independently under pressure. |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic/professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The post is at the rank of Teaching Associate. |

(3) |
Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment. |

(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal working hours and/or outside campus. |
