Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties and related works in secondary schools and teaching centres; |
|
(b) |
To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration for Applied Learning Course; |
|
(c) |
To assist in developing course curriculum and teaching materials and conduct quality assurance activities related to Applied Learning Course; |
|
(d) |
To assist in publicity matters; and |
|
(e) |
To liaise with secondary schools and teaching centres on the operation of Applied Learning courses. |
|
|
|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in Multimedia, Information Technology, Computer Science, Games and Animation, or equivalent, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and; |
|
(c) |
Records of linkage with industry / professional bodies or with solid industry experience would be an advantage. |

Notes: |

(1) |
The post is at the rank of “Teaching Associate”. |
|
(2) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

(3) |
Shortlisted candidate will be required to take a written assessment. |
|
(4) |
Appointee(s) will be required to perform duties on Saturdays or weekdays. |
|
(5) |
The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |
|
(6) |
In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process. |
