Major Duties : |
|
(a) |
To provide multimedia and graphic design support for print and digital collateral, including developing eDM layout design; |
|
(b) |
To update website content using content management system (CMS); |
|
(c) |
To install, operate, and maintain audio-visual (AV) systems and equipment, and provide support for live streaming and live events; |
|
(d) |
To support audio and video production service, including pre-production, production, and post-production; |
|
(e) |
To provide technical support in computer laboratories, including setup, installation, configuration, security, operation and maintenance of computers, servers, networking equipment, software applications and peripherals; |
|
(f) |
To provide photography, video shooting and technical support to events and activities; and |
|
(g) |
To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software licenses and consumables. |

Requirements : |
|
(a) |
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia / Multimedia & Entertainment Technology / Digital Media / Creative Media or equivalent; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 year’s relevant work experience; |
|
(c) |
Candidates with practical experience / knowledge / skills in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign and related AI tools would be an advantage; |
|
(d) |
Ability to work independently and proactively; |
|
(e) |
A good team player and able to meet tight deadlines; and |
|
(f) |
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese. |

|
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
|
(2) |
Shortlisted candidates will be required to present their multimedia production portfolio during the interview. |
|
(3) |
Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend a trade test. |
|
(4) |
The appointee may be required to work on shift / outside normal office hours and / or at different work locations to suit the Council’s operational needs. |
