    Term Executive Assistant II
    Youth College (Tin Shui Wai)

    Major Duties:
    (a) To provide support in one or more of the following areas:
      (i) course administration, student affairs and student admission;
      (ii) general administration and finance and supplies;
      (iii) provide administrative support to committees and meetings;
      (iv) library service; and
      (v) facilities maintenance and repairs;
    (b) To handle enquiries and provide counter services; and
    (c) To support activities and events.
     
    Requirements:
    (a)
     
    (i)
     
    Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
      (ii)
     
    Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
      (iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Maths Plus / Project Yi Jin; OR
      (iv)
     
    A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
      (v) A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
    *
     
    Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
    ^ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.
    (b)
     
    Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and / or simple webpage design;
    (c) Good command of Chinese and English, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua;
    (d) Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
    (e) Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and
    (f) Good work initiative and be customer-oriented.
     
    Notes:
    (1)
     
    Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a Computer Skills Test (CST) including document formatting, English and Chinese typing, and use of spreadsheet.
    (2) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / or outside office.

    (2) The file should be saved with applicant’s name as “your surname and given name”, e.g. “CHAN Siu-lam.pdf”.
