Major Duties: |
(a) |
To plan, organise and implement corporate and campus-based marketing and publicity projects such as Information Days, exhibitions, taster programmes, competitions for secondary school students, school visits, ceremonies, seminars and talks etc.; |
(b) |
To maintain good relationship, provide educational advice and deliver school talks to various stakeholders including but not limited to secondary school teachers, students and parents through outreach or in-campus visits; |
(c) |
To receive visitors including students, mainland and overseas visitors; |
(d) |
To prepare marketing and publicity materials covering press release, speech, copywriting and translation; |
(e) |
To provide administrative and academic support to the campus management; and |
(f) |
To serve as secretary in boards and committees. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least two years’ relevant experience in planning, organising and coordinating publicity events, seminars and/or academic-related activities. Experience in the education sector would be an advantage; |
(c) |
Good administrative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; |
(d) |
High proficiency in both English and Chinese including Putonghua; |
(e) |
Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; |
(f) |
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and |
(g) |
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in event / project management and be well-versed in digital marketing. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours. |
