IVE Engineering has organised a number of high-quality professional development training programmes for practitioners in the Engineering sector including: construction, electronic and electrical engineering; mechanical, engineering, building services engineering, and transportation engineering. In order to meet the industry’s increasing demand for our training provisions, we are looking for candidates with high caliber and relevant work experience to join us to develop and manage the high-quality training programmes. |

Major Duties: |
(a) |
To assist in developing and organising, and undertaking quality assurance on in-service training programmes under the Qualifications Framework in the area of Engineering, especially for the programmes related to emerging technologies, including but not limited to Building Information Modelling (BIM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), New Energy Transportation Technology; |
(b) |
To assist in coordinating programme related to Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals; |
(c) |
To assist in coordinating the student admission, academic affairs, budget control, validation and accreditation, etc, of the in-service training programmes; |
(d) |
To assist in promoting and launching the programmes, networking with the industry and contribution got the sustained growth of the Office; |
(e) |
To assist in developing new services or programmes such as corporate training to meet the needs of the industry; and |
(f) |
To assist other ad hoc duties such as events and publicity activities. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering related field, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
Preferably with work experience in the area of construction / mechanical / building services / electrical / electronic engineering or related fields, and over a wide range of expertise including corporate training and project management; |
(c) |
Project management experience would be an advantage; |
(d) |
Good records of connection with the industry or professional bodies would be an advantage; |
(e) |
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are preferred; and |
(f) |
Strong initiative, ability to work independently and as a member of a team. |

The post is at the rank of Teaching Associate. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
