Major Duties: |
(a) |
To support the planning, coordination and implementation of student admissions exercises; |
(b) |
To take part in development, enhancement and review of student admissions related computer systems, design system report templates and perform quality assurance of reports; |
(c) |
To take part in development, enhancement and maintenance of the admission homepage; |
(d) |
To assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing policies, systems and procedures in the areas of student and programme-related administration; |
(e) |
To prepare and update the administration guide, workflow and user manual; |
(f) |
To assist in coordinating projects and events, and the publicity matters of the operational unit; |
(g) |
To handle enquiries and complaints independently; |
(h) |
To perform administrative work relating to office administration, human resources, finance and procurement; |
(i) |
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff to ensure effective delivery of services; |
(j) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings. |
