    Part-time (Evening) Assistant Lecturer (Lift and Escalator Engineering)
    Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Electrical)

    Major Specialism: Lift and Escalator Engineering
     
    Major Duties:
    (a) To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement;
    (b) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; and
    (c) To develop programme curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment materials.
       
    Requirements:
    (a) A recognised degree in related Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines preferably with a relevant post-graduate qualification or professional qualification;
    (b) Relevant teaching / industry experience will be an advantage; and
    (c) Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese.
       
    Notes:
    (1) Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment.
    (2) The appointee(s) will work at the Kwai Chung Complex or Pokfulam Complex.
    (3) In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
