Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum, teaching materials, assignment / test paper if necessary; and |
(d)
|
To participate in departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. |

Requirements for Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Science: |
(a) |
A relevant recognised degree, or equivalent professional qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching / industry experience; |
(c) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
(d) |
Relevant teaching experience in the subject area would be an added advantage. |

Requirements for Nutrition / Food Science: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in food science, nutrition, or related disciplines; |
(b)
|
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching / industry experience in relevant areas, e.g., food and nutritional science, health food products development, food or catering services etc.; |
(c) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; |
(d) |
Good network with the food, nutrition and health related industry; |
(e) |
Good understanding of the Applied Learning Courses is an advantage; |
(f) |
The appointee may be required to perform teaching duties in designated places as assigned; and |

Requirements for Physiotherapy: |
(a) |
A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
(c)
|
Qualification of registered Physiotherapist under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance and valid practicing certificate issued by the relevant boards in Hong Kong; and |
(d) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese. |

|
Requirements for Occupational Therapy: |
(a) |
A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
(c)
|
Qualification of registered Occupational Therapist (Part I) under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance and valid practicing certificate issued by the relevant boards in Hong Kong; and |
(d) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese. |

|
Requirements for Chemistry / Biology / Environmental Science: |
(a) |
A relevant recognised degree, or equivalent professional qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
(c) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
(d)
|
Relevant teaching experience in Life Science, Basic Laboratory Techniques, Integrated Science Project, and etc. would be an added advantage. |
