    Part-time (Evening) Technician
    Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tuen Mun)
     
    Department / Section : Language Centre
    Ref. no : O/TM-LC/PTE_TECH/05/25
     
    Major Duties:
    (a) To provide technical support to teaching & learning activities;
    (b) To assist teachers in conducting the recording of speaking assessments; and
    (c) To prepare and set up equipment and facilities in classrooms and laboratories.
       
    Requirements:
    (a) A recognised diploma or higher certificate in a relevant disciplines;
    (b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience;
    (c) Good knowledge of operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and networking;
    (d) Experience in using Windows PC and Mac;
    (e) Ability to work independently and be a good team player;
    (f) Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
    (g) Practical experience in the operation and maintenance of Sanako Lab 100 Language Lab System and the associated AV equipment is preferred.
