Major Duties: |
(a) |
To manage various laboratories / workshops and prepare training materials, fixtures and equipment for daily operations; |
(b) |
To install, operate and perform maintenance of the apparatus and equipment in laboratories and workshops; |
(c) |
To provide technical support and assist in demonstration for teaching and learning activities, including workshops / studios / laboratories / practical training sessions and student projects; |
(d) |
To provide technical support, photography, video production, graphic and multimedia design and publishing in projects, events and activities; |
(e) |
To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, equipment and consumables; and |
(f) |
To maintain the safety and tidiness of the workshops / studios / laboratories. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Design, Film, Photography, Graphics, Printing, Digital Media or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in |
|
(i) |
Photography studio operation; or |
|
(ii) |
3D modelling studio operation; |
(c) |
Good knowledge and experience in operations of digital media workshops including photography, video editing and streaming, 3D modelling, motion graphic production; |
(d) |
Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe and other common computer / educational software, good knowledge in iOS & PC, LAN/WAN technology and TCP/IP, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and networking; |
(e) |
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and |
(f) |
Fast-learner, mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work in a team with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
