68 多元學習 工作實習是 VTC 高級文憑及學位課程的核 心元素，讓學生投身工作環境實踐所學。 學生透過參與全人發展計劃、「職前加油 站」計劃、就業講座及展覽等活動，為規 劃事業路向作好準備。 2017/18 年度， VTC 學生參加各式各樣的 工作實習，部分同學更前往中國成都、廣 州、南京、寧波、上海、深圳、蘇州、西 安及珠海等主要城市，以至印尼、日本、 新加坡及泰國等海外國家汲取行業經驗。 我們亦為超過 7,000 名學生安排境外交流 活動，當中 3,000 多名同學訪問澳洲、柬 埔寨、日本、荷蘭、俄羅斯、新加坡及英 國等地。同學亦透過專上學生內地體驗先 導計劃和其他計劃，藉觀摩交流了解內地 不同城市的最新發展。 Diversified Learning Opportunities Industry attachment is an essential component in the curricula of all Higher Diploma and Degree programmes, and is a means through which students can apply their knowledge and skills in a real work setting. Multi-faceted efforts were put into supporting students in planning for their future careers such as the Structured Whole Person Development Programme, the Career Booster Programme, career talks and fairs. In 2017/18, students were also given opportunities to take part in internship programmes in an extensive range of organisations, covering major cities in Mainland China such as Chengdu, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xi’an and Zhuhai as well as overseas countries including the Indonesia, Japan, Singapore and Thailand. Various outbound exchange programmes were also organised, benefiting over 7,000 students and about 3,000 of them travelled overseas to Australia, Cambodia, Japan, the Netherlands, Russia, Singapore and the United Kingdom. Students also visited the Mainland under different schemes, including the Pilot Mainland Experience Scheme for Post-secondary Students, to learn more about the latest developments in different cities.
