It also aims to elevate the professional standard and status of Chinese Chefs in order to strengthen Hong Kong’s reputation as the “Culinary Capital of Asia”. Furthermore, CCI strives to establish Hong Kong as a regional training and accreditation centre in Chinese cuisine by introducing “One Trade Test Two Certificates” system. It also provides wine and international theme park and event management programmes to groom aspiring youths for career development in the related industries. 中華廚藝學院 CCI 國際廚藝學院 ICI 海事訓練學院 MSTI 職學計劃 Earn and Learn Scheme 為配合政府加強職業教育及就業支援的政策， VTC 推出 Earn and Learn 職學計劃，結合有系統的職業 教育和在職培訓，提供清晰的進階路徑，助年輕 人投身人力需求殷切的行業。 政府和參與行業為學員提供津貼、職學金和特定 薪酬，讓年輕人學習專業知識及技術的同時，獲 取穩定收入，實現理想前景。 To support the Government’s initiative to strengthen vocational education and employment support, VTC has introduced the Earn and Learn Scheme which integrates structured vocational education and on-the-job training with clear progression pathways to attract talent for industries with a keen demand for skilled labour. The Government and participating industries will provide the trainees with an allowance and a guaranteed salary respectively, such that the young people can earn a steady income while equipping themselves with knowledge and skills to pursue a promising career. 計劃期間，學員一面接受在職培訓，一面讀書進修，獲取 穩定收入及認可學歷。 Throughout the Scheme, participants can acquire knowledge and skills with recognised qualifications as well as enjoy a steady income. 完成計劃後可銜接更高學歷，向專業路邁進。 Upon completion of the Scheme, graduates are able to develop their career pathways by pursuing further studies leading to higher academic qualifications. 畢業學員將獲認可學歷，月薪過萬。 Graduates will receive a recognised qualification and monthly income of over ten thousand dollars. 超過三百間企業參與，涵蓋多個專業範疇，為學員提供培 訓及就業機會。 With participation of over 300 enterprises, participants enjoy education and training opportunities covering a diversified range of studies.
