43 42 入學申請 Application 網上入學申請系統 Web-based Admissions System 面試 / 測試 Interviews / Tests 取錄結果公布及註冊 Offer Announcement and Registration 注意事項 Points to Note • 如申請人於 2011 - 2020 年度期間考獲香港中 學會考及 / 或香港高級程度會考及 / 或香港中 學文憑考試成績，招生處將從香港考試及評 核局抽取紀錄。 • 如申請人在 2010 年或以前考獲香港中學會考 及 / 或香港高級程度會考成績，請上載成績單 副本。 • 如申請人為 VTC 畢業生，招生處會向有關機構 成員抽取其所取得由 VTC 頒授的學歷。 • 如申請人持有其他學歷，如其他本地學歷、 內地學歷、其他非本地學歷、毅進計劃、毅 進文憑、舊學制 2010 年或以前的應用學習課 程等；及 / 或相關工作證明文件，請在相關資 料欄填上有關資料，並上載成績單 / 有關文件 副本。 • 如申請人將於 2020 年取得毅進文憑學歷，應 盡早將毅進文憑成績單 / 證書副本交往第一選 擇課程之首選分校的學院秘書處。 • 申請人或須參加面試及 / 或測試。招生 處會於面試前 3 個工作天透過「 V T C 網 上 入 學 申 請 系 統 」 / 電 郵 / 短 訊 通 知 申 請人有關安排。 • 在申請過程中提供任何虛假或誤導性資料會導 致即時取消入學資格，已繳付費用概不發還。 • 夜間兼讀制課程的一般上課時間為晚上六時半 至九時半或晚上七時至十時。部分課程亦須於 星期六、星期日或夏季學期上課。 • 課程將以面授課堂形式進行。如有需要，課 程亦會以其他模式進行 (例如：網上教學及學 習)。除非有關課程被取消，否則所有已繳交 費用概不發還。職業訓練局可因應情況取消任 何課程、修正課程名稱、內容或更改開辦課程 的院校 / 分校 / 上課地點，詳情將於入學網頁 (https://www.vtc.edu.hk/admission ) 公布。 • 申請人可透過「 VTC 網上入學申請系統」得悉 取錄結果。(取錄通知亦會於稍後分批透過電 郵 / 短訊發放。) • 獲取錄的申請人可於「 VTC 網上入學申請系 統」下載繳費通知書及註冊文件或前往取錄 院校領取。 • 於繳妥繳費通知書上所列之款項後，申請人 須於註冊限期前辦理入學註冊手續。申請人 需出示學歷證書 / 成績單 / 工作經驗證明 正本 以茲證明。 • 如申請人未獲取錄，可遞交課程餘額申請而 毋須再次繳付申請費。有關安排將稍後於入 學網頁公布。 • 如申請人於 2020 年 9 月 1 日或以前年滿 21 歲但不符合夜間兼讀制課程的入學要求，可 選擇以 年長生 身份報讀課程。請在補充資料 欄填上有關資料，並上載工作證明等文件副 本。申請人需要證明對課程有充份興趣、能 力與有關知識以使能順利完成學業。學院將 個別考慮年長生的入學申請，申請並無優先 權，而分派予未符合入學條件年長生申請人 的學額有限。 • 如 申 請 人 具 特 殊 教 育 需 要 ， 請 在 補 充 資 料 欄 填 寫 有 關 資 料 ， 並 上 載 相 關 文 件 副 本 。 詳 情 請 瀏 覽 入 學 網 頁 ( https://www.vtc.edu.hk/admission ) • If applicants will / have taken the HKCEE and / or HKALE and / or HKDSE during 2011 to 2020, examination results will be extracted from the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority. • If applicants have taken the HKCEE and / or HKALE in 2010 or before, please upload copies of the result slips. • If applicants are VTC graduates, their academic qualifications awarded by VTC will be extracted from respective member institutes. • If applicants have obtained other qualifications such as other local qualifications, qualifications obtained in Mainland China, other non-local qualifications, Project Yi Jin, Yi Jin Diploma / Diploma Yi Jin, or Applied Learning (ApL) courses in 2010 or before under old academic structure; and / or relevant working experiences documents, please give details in the relevant sections and upload copies of the result slips / relevant documents. • Applicants who will obtain Diploma Yi Jin in 2020 should submit copies of the result slip / certificate to the Campus Secretariat of the first campus preference of the first programme choice as soon as possible. • Applicants who are required to attend interview / test will be notified of the arrangements 3 working days before the interview / test via “VTC Web-based Admissions System” / email / SMS. • Provision of any false or misleading information in the application will lead to disqualification without notice and cancellation of any resultant registration. Any fees paid will not be refunded. • Classes of part-time evening programmes are normally held from 6:30p.m. to 9:30p.m. or 7:00p.m. to 10:00p.m. Some programmes will have classes scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays or during Summer Semester. • The programmes will be conducted in the form of face-to-face classroom teaching and may be delivered in alternative modes, such as online teaching and learning, as and when necessary. Any fees paid are normally not refundable unless the programme is cancelled. VTC reserves the right to cancel any programme, revise programme title, content or change the offering institute(s) / campus(es) / class venue(s) if circumstances so warrant. Details will be announced on the Admissions Homepage (https://www.vtc.edu.hk/admission) . • Offer results will be announced via “VTC Web-based Admissions System”. (Offer results will also be sent to applicants via email / SMS afterwards by batches.) • Applicants with offer may download the payment advice and offer documents at the “VTC Web-based Admissions System” or to collect them at the programme offering campus. • After settled the fees listed in the Payment Advice, applicants are required to complete registration before the stipulated deadline. Applicants are required to produce their original copies of result slips / certificates / proof of working experience during registration for certification. • Applicants who do not have any offer may apply for programmes which have available study places. These applicants are not required to pay the application fee again. Detailed topping up arrangements will be announced on the Admissions Homepage in due course. • Applicants who are aged 21 or above on or before 1 September 2020 and do not meet the entrance requirements for PTE programmes may apply for admission as a Mature Applicant . Please give relevant details in the Supplementary Information section and upload copies of employment record and other relevant documents. Applicants must demonstrate sufficient motivation, knowledge, potential and ability to make it likely they would complete the programme successfully. Applications from mature applicants will be considered on an individual basis and will not have priority over other applicants, and only a limited number of places are offered to suitable mature applicants. • For Applicants with Special Educational Needs , please give details in the Supplementary Information section and upload copies of relevant documents.
