31 30 課程 Programmes 全人發展單元 Whole Person Development Module 學分 No. of Credits 高級文憑 Higher Diploma SDD4005 / SDD4005M 心智轉換：實踐個人成長與效能 MindShift: Achieving Personal Growth & Effectiveness 6 SDD4006 / SDD4006M 合作、團隊與社會參與 Collaboration, Teamwork & Social Engagement 6 SDD4007 21 世紀工作才能 Enhancing Competencies in the 21 Century Workplace 3 全人發展課程是一個整全的正規課程，旨在透過 教導學生於不同工作崗位所需的關鍵技能，培養 正確的人生價值觀和工作態度，促進學生的個人 成長。 全人發展單元希望裝備學生成為高效能的溝通 者、自主的終身學習者、負責任的公民及身心健 康的全人，以迎接生活上的各項挑戰。 於2020 / 21學年入讀高級文憑課程的學生，必 須修讀以下全人發展單元並取得及格成績，方可 畢業。如學生已累積不少於兩年全職工作經驗﹝ 由達到高級文憑課程入學要求起計算﹞，可申請 「豁免修讀」，並須進行評核。若取得及格成 績，便能豁免修讀相關單元。 基礎課程文憑為中六畢業生裝備基本專業知識及 技能，兼顧就業及升學需要。課程設計強調通用 技能的培訓，有助同學發揮潛能，並為繼續進修 奠下基礎。 VTC 基礎課程文憑的畢業生可報讀 VTC 開辦的高級 文憑課程，亦獲公務員事務局接納為符合報考以 中學文憑試五科（包括中國語文和英國語文）第 二級成績為入職學歷的公務員職系。同學如在香 港中學文憑試數學科未考獲第二級或以上成績， 可考慮修讀選修單元「基礎數學（三）」，以符 合申請條件包括中學文憑試數學科第二級或以上 成績的 VTC 高級文憑課程或香港公務員職位。 The Structured Whole Person Development (SWPD) Programme is a holistic structured programme embedded in the curriculum which aims at enhancing students’ personal development through equipping them with appropriate transferable skills, attitudes and work values. The Whole Person Development (WPD) modules are designed to facilitate students to be a competent and effective communicator, self-directed lifelong learner, engaged and ethical citizen, and physically and psychologically healthy person to face challenges in life. Students admitted to Higher Diploma Programmes in academic year 2020/21 will be required to enrol and pass all Whole Person Development modules before graduation. Students possessing at least two-year full-time work experience (from the date of attaining the qualifications that meet the entry requirements of Higher Diploma Programme) can apply for module exemption which is subject to passing the related assessment. The Diploma of Foundation Studies programme prepares HKDSE graduates for employment or further studies by equipping them with trade-related knowledge and skills. Its curricula contain strong generic elements and skills to help students realise their potential and build a strong foundation for further studies. VTC’s Diploma of Foundation Studies graduates are eligible to apply for VTC’s Higher Diploma programmes, and are also accepted by the Civil Service Bureau as meeting the academic entry requirements of grades in the civil service which requires Level 2 in five subjects (including Chinese Language and English Lanugauge) in the HKDSE Examination.
