Major Duties: |
(a) |
To assist in mass image deployment and computer laboratory management; |
(b) |
To provide IT help-desk service, IT related technical support to staff, students and campus systems and networks; |
(c) |
To assist in maintenance support for PCs, servers and network devices; and |
(d) |
To provide technical support to teaching activities and campus events. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
(i) |
A recognised Higher diploma in IT or relevant discipline, plus 1 year’s relevant work experience; OR |
|
(ii) |
A recognised Diploma or Higher certificate in IT or a relevant discipline, plus at least 2 years’ relevant work experience; |
(b) |
Good knowledge and work experience in the following areas would be an advantage: |

(i) |
Operate and maintain computer systems and/or services on macOS and Windows platforms; |
|
(ii) |
Monitor computer facilities and equipment; |
|
(iii) |
Provide PC and internet and/or network support; and |
|
(iv) |
Manipulate multimedia software e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud and Wirecast; and |
(c) |
Good communication skills and be a good team player. |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours. |
