To monitor the implementation and progress of environmental and sustainable development in the VTC. To steer the formulation and implementation of the roadmap, targets and measures of VTC Carbon Neutrality Plan. To oversee policies and development pertaining to the environmental education and promotion of the VTC. To formulate the strategies and drive the development and implementation of smart and green campuses. To set up working groups and sub-committees as necessary and oversee their operations.
