19 Jan 2019 Aimed at helping the students to develop healthy habits and enhance their awareness of health problems in the early stage, Shine Skills Centre successfully organised the “Healthy Life‧Happy Life” Project. This project is funded by the Labour and Welfare Bureau and sponsored by the Rotary Club of the North West District of Hong Kong. Through the programme, it can help to increase their chances of healthy lifestyle success as well as reducing the pressure on their caregivers.
A total of 110 students successfully completed a three-month healthy habit programme. Among them, 30 students with outstanding performance and their family members were invited to join the Fun Day at Hong Kong Disneyland in December. Through this event, parent-child relationship could be strengthened and their parents can also share the fruits of their efforts in the programme.
It was our great honour to have the guest speakers, Dr Belinda Poon and Dr Man Chung, at this ceremony.
