]The Department of Information and Communications Technology at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi) currently offers full-time and part-time evening courses. Short courses are also organised to provide another path for those who would like to acquire up-to-date knowledge and practical skills so that they can apply the knowledge and skills in their work place, and/or to pursue their personal and professional development.
Our Department has also organised training programmes for organisations, both in the public and private sectors, which would like to provide training for their staff in order to enhance their organisations' productivities and competitiveness. Courses can be tailor-made to suit their individual needs and can be run in the facilities of the organisations.
The medium of instruction is English or Cantonese. Practical work can be conducted in the laboratories of the Department.
