Higher Diploma in Architectural Design & Technology

- Acquired the basic academic knowledge and training in architectural design and construction technologies at higher technician and architectural assistant level (such as proficiency in CAD drafting, 3-D computer modeling, Revit, general knowledge in building services, structure, material technology, project management, architectural, interior and landscape design, etc.) with civil, municipal, geotechnical and structural options.
- More than 200 hours of industrial training at Vocational Training Council training centres and Construction Industry Council Training Academy.
- Recognised qualifications by the Buildings Department of HKSAR Government as the Technically Competent Persons (TCP) Grade T1 to T3 for Site Safety Supervision.
- The course is recognised by the following professional bodies and societies as satisfying the academic requirements for its associate membership :
- (1) Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers
- (2) Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists
- (3) Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
- Approved by the Labour Department of HKSAR Government to be issued Green Card upon completion of the HD Course
