• Acquired the basic academic knowledge and training in building inspection and maintenance field at higher technician level (such as proficiency in CAD drafting, building inspection and maintenance, building defect repair, measurement technique, legislation and statutory orders,... etc.).
• More than 200 hours of industrial training at Vocational Training Council training centres and Construction Industry Council Training Academy.
• Recognised qualifications by the Buildings Department of HKSAR Government as the Technically Competent Persons (TCP) Grade T1 to T3 for Site Safety Supervision.
• Accredited by the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as satisfying the academic requirements of the Associate Membership.
• Possessed Green Card upon completion of the industrial training at the CICTA.
