Many countries have formulated lifelong learning policies to ensure their workforces remain competitive for long-term success, in the progressively connected, globalised and technology-driven world. Backed by the HKSAR Government’s Continuing Education Fund and campaigns encouraging the public to embrace lifelong learning, VTC is dedicated to providing working adults and other learners an extensively diverse series of programmes, combined with learning opportunities, to upskill and reskill themselves. These initiatives will help them gain new skills as well as move up articulation pathways and career paths. At another level, VTC’s lifelong learning programmes help ensure the changing manpower needs of local industry are addressed, driving Hong Kong’s economic growth over the longer term. 創建未來 LIFELONG LEARNING 終身學習
