The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) is a member institute of the Vocational Training Council (VTC), established in 2012. It is an innovative, professional and entrepreneurial organisation committed to greening and sustainability. THEi offers over 20 professional "Applied Science-Oriented" undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes across six Academic Departments: Department of Food and Health Sciences, Department of Construction, Environment and Engineering, Department of Sport and Recreation, Department of Hospitality and Business Management, Department of Design and Architecture, and Department of Digital Innovation and Technology. These programmes integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications cover industries with growth potential in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring that students can apply what they learn effectively. Major Duties: |

The appointee shall engage in delivering lectures and conducting tutorials for the Department started from AY25/26 Semester 1. |

Requirements: |
|
The successful candidate should have a recognised Master's degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Surveying or related fields with good professional standing. He/she should have at least 4 years of teaching experience at tertiary level and/or industrial experience in relevant fields. Desirable specialisms include but are not limited to: |

The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and work irregular hours, including Saturdays and Sundays as necessary. |

The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. |
