    Marketing Manager
    Communications and Public Relations Office

    Major Duties:
    (a) To plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns including marketing communications strategy, content and media planning for VTC’s programmes and services;
    (b) To develop content and oversee the production of advertising and promotional materials, promotional videos, key visuals and digital contents;
    (c) To develop and oversee digital marketing initiatives covering online advertising, social media and mobile marketing to drive stakeholders’ reach and engagement;
    (d) To plan and supervise the execution of promotional events;
    (e) To assist in developing community outreach programmes to build relationship with VTC’s major stakeholders, including schools, teachers, principals, parents and prospective students; and
    (f) To conduct regular research and studies to identify market opportunities and collect feedback from stakeholders.
     
    Requirements:
    (a) A recognised degree or equivalent;
    (b) At least 5 years’ relevant work experience at the executive level in the fields of marketing communications / digital marketing / advertising / public relations;
    (c) Good proficiency both in written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably including Putonghua;
    (d) Self-sufficient in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and delivering publicity materials and events;
    (e) Knowledge or experience in using AI and data analytics tools to support job responsibilities is an advantage;
    (f) Good supervisory experience;
    (g) Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; and
    (h) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
       
    Notes:
    (1) The post is at the rank of “Senior Officer”. Suitable candidate(s) with less experience will be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager / Officer.
    (2) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
    (3) Shortlisted applicants will be required to sit for a written assessment.
    (4) The appointees may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours.
    (5) Applicants are required to highlight their language proficiency (e.g. HKCEE, HKAL, IELTS, CRE, etc.) in their curriculum vitae.
